Made to order
Every 285 piece is printed on demand by our fulfillment partner, TapStitch, after you place your order. Production time is separate from shipping time. Depending on the item, it may ship from the U.S. or internationally.

Delivery times (United States)
Please allow about 3–7 business days for production, plus shipping. Most US orders arrive within 8–14 business days in total from the day you order. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Order volume, holidays and carrier delays can affect timing.

Shipping cost
Free shipping on US orders of $50 or more. For orders under $50, the shipping rate is shown at checkout before you pay.

Outside the United States
Available destinations, shipping options, charges and delivery estimates are shown at checkout.

Need it by a certain date?
Email info@285clothing.com before ordering so we can check the current estimate for your item and destination. We cannot guarantee delivery for a specific event.

Tracking and split shipments
When your order ships, you'll receive tracking details by email. Tracking may take several days to update after the label is created, so a tracking number that shows no movement at first is normal. Items in the same order may arrive in separate packages.

Address changes and delivery issues
Check your delivery address before checkout. For an address correction, a delayed package or a damaged delivery, email info@285clothing.com with your order number promptly. Changes may not be possible once production or shipping has started.
